Submit a Request
Contact our wholesale support team within 14 days of delivery to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with your order number and reason for return.
Document the Issue
Provide clear photographic evidence of any damaged items or shipping discrepancies to help our quality control team expedite the verification process.
Pack and Ship
Once approved, securely pack the items in their original bulk packaging and attach the provided RMA label to the exterior of the shipping carton.
Receive Credit or Replacement
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out replacement inventory within 5-7 business days.
